Experience Ads Manager Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
1. Product Status and Scope
Experience Ads Manager is a development-stage product operated by Experience Advertising. It is independent of LinkedIn and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with LinkedIn.
No LinkedIn account connections, LinkedIn Marketing API imports, or AI account analysis are active today. Viewing this page, contacting us, or asking about the product does not connect a LinkedIn account and does not authorize Experience Advertising to access LinkedIn data.
This policy describes current inquiry practices and the privacy terms planned for the product before any LinkedIn integration is activated. Our general website practices are described in the Experience Advertising Privacy Policy.
2. Current Inquiries
Current inquiries about Experience Ads Manager use the agency's existing business systems and website processes. Information submitted through the website, email, phone, or other existing agency channels is governed by the Experience Advertising Privacy Policy.
We may use inquiry information, such as your name, business contact details, company information, communications, and stated advertising needs, to respond, evaluate product interest, arrange discussions, maintain necessary business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes, our business records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We do not sell inquiry personal information.
3. Planned LinkedIn Integration
Before any future integration is activated, we plan to assess the LinkedIn platform permissions needed and request only authorized, read-only access appropriate to the product's functions.
Subject to customer authorization and LinkedIn approval, planned access may include:
- Ad accounts and account identifiers
- Campaign and campaign group settings
- Creative references and related advertising metadata
- Budgets, bids, and targeting settings
- Aggregate advertising performance and reporting data
- Connection credentials needed to maintain an authorized connection
- Customer-provided business context needed to interpret account information
The planned initial scope does not include LinkedIn private messages, member connections, individual lead submissions, uploaded audiences, or customer relationship management data. We also plan to exclude access tokens and unnecessary personal data from analysis or other downstream processing.
4. Planned Uses and Sharing
If activated, authorized data would be used to display, organize, evaluate, and report on the customer's advertising activity, provide requested account insights, support product operation, and comply with applicable law and LinkedIn requirements.
We do not sell customer account data, and sale of customer account data is not part of the planned product scope.
We will identify any providers that would process imported data, along with their roles, retention practices, training terms, and international processing locations, before activating those processing activities. This policy does not claim that any particular security control or provider arrangement is already deployed.
5. AI Processing
No LinkedIn account data currently goes to an AI provider or AI model because LinkedIn account connections, imports, and AI account analysis are not active.
Before any AI processing is activated, we will disclose the applicable AI providers, the information sent to them, retention terms, model-training terms, and relevant international processing. We plan to assess and minimize platform permissions first, exclude tokens and unnecessary personal data, and exclude shared-model training from the product's planned scope.
6. Retention, Backups, and Deletion
Before importing LinkedIn data, Experience Advertising must establish and disclose appropriate retention limits, backup practices, and deletion controls for each relevant data category.
Planned deletion processes must meet applicable LinkedIn requirements. This includes deleting Marketing Data within ten days of a deletion request from an authorized customer or account manager, and meeting any stricter deletion period or process that applies to a particular category of data.
Revoking a future LinkedIn connection will stop new access after the revocation is processed, but revocation is separate from deletion. A customer must make a deletion request if it also wants previously imported data deleted, subject to applicable legal requirements and platform rules.
7. Privacy Rights and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. For requests involving business or advertising account data, we may also verify that you are authorized to act for the relevant customer or account.
8. Adult Business Use
Experience Ads Manager is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children or individuals under 18. Do not provide information about children through product inquiries.
9. Policy Updates Before New Collection
We will update this policy before activating LinkedIn account connections, Marketing API imports, AI account analysis, or another material category of product data collection. An updated effective date and the applicable practices will be posted on this page before the new collection begins.
10. Contact and Deletion Requests
For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, email contact@experienceadvertising.com with the subject Experience Ads Manager privacy request, or call (954) 662-8010.
Please provide enough information for us to understand the request and verify your identity or authority. Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, or other account credentials by email, phone, or website form.
