Steady Affiliate Program Sales Growth Case Study on Commission Junction Affiliate Network – CJ

Hey all! I hope you’re having a nice Super Bowl Weekend. Here is a client case study I wanted to share for an Advertiser we launched on Commission Junction last year. I’m very excited with the sales growth we have been able to attain month-over-month since launching the program. The Advertiser has experienced steady, substantial growth in ad impressions, clicks, and, sales every month since launching the program. This particular Merchant is in the self-help category selling products via ecommerce. We have used the following affiliate management techniques to grow this client’s affiliate program:
– Recruiting new affiliate/publishers from our Top Performers list
– Recruiting new affiliate/publishers via email invites to non-joined publishers
– Sending pending offers to performers we have relationships with through our other affiliate programs
– Sending well-designed, purposeful affiliate newsletters to the base
– Sending personalized text emails to affiliates in the program with special offers, resources, and offer to help with their online marketing
– Immediate affiliate application approvals and follow-ups
– Immediately answering emails, chats, and phone calls from affiliates
– Running sales contests, that anyone who produces can win, to motivate the entire base
– Working with the client to come up with strategies to motivate their affiliates in this niche
– Running monthly coupon and discount promotions to the affiliate base to give them something to promote

These are some of the affiliate management techniques that we used to drive this program forward with more sales and revenue.
